Spokko is an independent development studio specializing in creating mobile games, proudly operating within the CD PROJEKT family.

Our team consists of passionate individuals who can turn little ideas into playable reality. To date, we have released more than fifteen mobile games and each past project have taught us a lot about ourselves and the industry we’re part of. 

We are currently working on The Witcher: Monster Slayer – a mobile AR technology-based RPG set in the world of The Witcher.


  • creating action plans and strategies for paid advertising campaigns aimed at acquiring users for mobile products (using Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • cooperating with the creative team to define the visual character of the campaign and implementation of new graphic creations to achieve the product KPI
  • analysing and implementing changes related to the automation of marketing activities
  • supervising marketing campaigns based on  user acquisition
  • analysing campaign performance and modifying them based on the data obtained
  • conducting A/B tests of advertising creations
  • reporting on the results of activities carried out based on available tools
  • seeking new solutions/tools to increase the effectiveness of the activities carried out
  • maintaining business relationships with advertising networks


  • minimum 4 years of experience in working in a similar position
  • experience in running e-marketing campaigns
  • experience in acquiring users via Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • ability to interpret data and optimize marketing activities
  • advanced Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reports
  • knowledge of trends and advertising assets’ scoring
  • ability to interpret data and optimize marketing activities
  • very good command of English (min. C1)


  • knowledge of mobile games sector
  • experience in acquiring users via Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • knowledge of Adobe Photoshop in order to produce/modify graphics using available assets
  • experience in running global campaigns (in particular in the USA)
  • experience working for an advertising agency or network
  • knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and using their advertising space
